Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone, text, or email. Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.
Financial
Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, HSA and FSA cards, debit card, or any major credit card. There is a 3.4% credit card transaction fee on debit and credit cards.
We accept many dental insurance plans. Our business staff is happy to discuss the benefits of your plan.
We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want.
For patients who require major work and are desiring a payment plan, we offer flexible financial arrangements through Proceed Finance and Care Credit both of which allow you to have excellent dental care using affordable monthly payments.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice (more if possible). We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
